How to delete your account
- Sign in to ChairPost on the web, iOS or Android.
- Open Account.
- Choose Request account deletion and confirm your password.
Deletion always starts from a signed-in session so that nobody else can request deletion of your account.
What happens next
- Every session is signed out immediately.
- The request stays reversible for 24 hours. Use the credential-confirmation form below within that window.
- After 24 hours your name, email address and credentials are erased and your organization memberships end.
- Security and audit records of the deletion itself are retained, without your personal details, because we must be able to show that the deletion happened.
- Transfer ownership before deleting an account that owns a team. A solo organization is marked for deletion.
Accounts created with Apple or Google
Deleting your ChairPost account removes the link between ChairPost and your Apple or Google account. It does not delete your Apple or Google account itself, which only Apple or Google can do.
Cancel a pending deletion
Confirm your credentials within 24 hours. This does not restore revoked sessions.
